General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Seebachschleife holiday apartment
1. Booking and payment
The booking becomes binding upon written confirmation from the landlord. Payment is due in cash upon arrival.
2. Cancellation policy and no-show
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, but must be made in writing to the email address provided on the website. In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
The landlord reserves the right to revoke and cancel reservations at any time from guests who have been banned from the premises or who are not accepted for other reasons.
3. Arrival and departure
The regular arrival and departure times can be found on the homepage or in the respective booking.
4. Maximum occupancy and pets
The apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 adults. One child is permitted only upon separate request. Up to 2 pets are allowed per booking.
5. Rest periods
Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. must be observed.
6. Tenant’s obligations
The tenant undertakes to treat the rented accommodation, its furnishings, and the outdoor facilities with care. On the day of departure, personal belongings must be removed, garbage must be disposed of properly, and dishes must be neatly placed in the kitchen cupboards. Any damage that occurs during the stay must be reported to the landlord immediately.
7. Liability and damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their pets and are required to report it immediately. The landlord assumes no liability for lost or damaged personal belongings of guests.
8. Limitation of liability
The landlord is liable exclusively for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. The landlord is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur in the holiday apartment or on the premises unless they are the result of gross negligence.
9. Data protection
The tenant agrees that personal data will be stored for the purpose of processing the booking and treated confidentially in accordance with statutory data protection regulations. The data will not be passed on to third parties without the tenant's consent. The tenant has the right to object to the storage of his or her data at any time, and deletion will occur within a reasonable period of time.
